A trip to the dark forest

Immediately this one reminded us of an orange Muscat wine with its distinctive strong scent of oranges next to the more delicate aromas of orange blossom, apricots, pears and spicy fruits. On the palate bread and butter pudding, cranberry sauce, treacle toffee and butterscotch all with a good splash of dark Navy-style rum. After the addition of water, toasted coconut marshmallows next to Black Forest tiramisu appeared, while to taste Caribbean flambé pineapple using Jamaican high ester rum and a glass of full-bodied Australian shiraz with a rich texture and plenty of flavours like blackberries, pepper and allspice.
