The Panel found this one immediately easy and relaxing. A nose reminiscent of floral Pimm's in a herb garden. Then, notes of cream soda, crushed oatcakes, freshly churned butter, chopped parsley, custard creams, vase water and saffron. Reduction added smooshed daisies, beeswax, ginger ale, malt extract, cedar wood, pinecones and Darjeeling tea with honey. The mouth opened with easy notes of lychee, finer limes, sweet glaze pastries, baclava, flower honey, mead and apricot jam. Water added starched linens, buttermilk icing, young dessert wines and aniseed cough sweets.
