This is a quietly complex malt that represents classic Highland style. Much like the title’s city, the aromas and flavours are enticing and electric with vivid notes of decadent cookies, fruits, nuts and spices. Our multi-faceted flavour journey ends just outside Perth after a picnic at Loch Lomond \u0026amp; The Trossachs State Park. \u003cstrong\u003eCask 16.37 Polarizing perceptions \u003c\/strong\u003eis from one of Scotland’s oldest distilleries and is a rare and beautiful bird. The distillery only makes a (relative) handful of these casks and we are lucky to have one.
