Our next trio sees additional maturation in different casks for a delightful flavour exploration. After nine years in a bourbon barrel, \u003cstrong\u003eCask 59.62 The perfect catch\u003c\/strong\u003e was aged for two years in a first-fill Sauternes barrique.
