This fruit-forward profile is deliberate and results from several choices made in the distillery – namely a long fermentation and slow distillation process. With this tropical blitz of flavours comes a weightiness that provides texture and complexity, a result of worm tub condensation. Finally\u003cstrong\u003e, Cask 80.12 \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMuesli mosh pit\u003c\/strong\u003e hails from the Speyside Spey and brings a very different profile to the fore. Cloudy wort yields a nuttiness to the expression and shorter fermentations produce earthy and malty flavours, instead of the fruity ones we’ve seen in the flight. A bold and spicy dram that will leave your palate singing.
