Two unique mash bills (grain recipes) have created equally bold, yet rather different expressions bourbon lovers will delight in discovering. \u003cstrong\u003eCask No. B7.7 Convivial companion\u003c\/strong\u003e uses a rye component of \u003cstrong\u003e36% rye with 60% corn and 4% malted barley\u003c\/strong\u003e. This \u003cem\u003e‘high-rye’\u003c\/em\u003e \u003cem\u003ebourbon\u003c\/em\u003e takes baking spices and turns them into chili pepper spice that packs a wonderful intensity. There’s plenty of honey and vanilla sweetness from the corn and the texture carries all of these flavours along effortlessly from start to finish. \u003cstrong\u003eCask No. B7.13 C’est si bon! \u003c\/strong\u003eis a \u003cem\u003e‘wheated’ bourbon \u003c\/em\u003ewith a mash bill of \u003cstrong\u003e51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley\u003c\/strong\u003e.
