This is the essence of the Society experience for many members – discovering how diverse each one of these casks can be, regardless of the similarities they seem to share. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCask 63.62 Mediterranean moleskin\u003c\/strong\u003e is the first of our sister casks is one of the most unique casks you will ever taste! Its flavour profile is aptly assigned young \u0026amp; spritely (extremely rare for a malt that sees maturation in sherry oak) with a vivacious delivery and nuances aplenty. Seven years in an American oak Oloroso cask lends an array of earthy and exotic flavours that will keep you coming back for another sip! Our second sister \u003cstrong\u003eCask 63.63 Funky old bodega\u003c\/strong\u003e offers opulent notes of fruits, nuts and chocolates we would expect to find after seven years in a sherry butt.
