Three unique mash bills (grain recipes) have created equally bold, yet incredibly nuanced expressions American whiskey lovers will delight in discovering. \u003cstrong\u003eCask No. B7.4 Myriad colours \u003c\/strong\u003eused a mash bill \u003cstrong\u003e75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley\u003c\/strong\u003e. With the corn driving sweetness, rye adding spice and malted barley structure, this \u003cem\u003e‘high-rye’ bourbon\u003c\/em\u003e boasts big toffee, red fruit and cinnamon spice notes. \u003cstrong\u003eCask No. B7.7 Convivial companion\u003c\/strong\u003e dials up the rye component to \u003cstrong\u003e36% rye with 60% corn and 4% malted barley\u003c\/strong\u003e. This \u003cem\u003e(super!) ‘high-rye’\u003c\/em\u003e \u003cem\u003ebourbon\u003c\/em\u003e takes baking spices and turns them into chili pepper spice that packs a wonderful intensity.
