The palate too was viscous and rich, embracing intense orange oils, cumin seeds and pink peppercorns alongside marshmallows coated with sage, thyme and sugared lemon. Diluting appeared to allow fragrant aromas to push forwards, expressing rose petals, hibiscus, spicy carnations and dried chamomile.
