Wonderfully silky and sweet on the palate neat; sugar cane juice, golden syrup, lightly candied pears and sugared almonds with an interesting exotic spice in the finish. A tiny drop of water and on the nose, we had plenty of exotic fruits next to a Masala chai, black tea with a mixture of aromatic Indian spices and herbs.
