Just as we were settling into papaya with a squeeze of lime juice we discovered an array of sweet treats that delivered vanilla sponge cake with creme brulee and milk chocolate. Sweet cereal notes morphed into popcorn and caramel whilst the palate carried a hint of tomato plants and a cooling breeze in the form of peppermint and menthol.
