Immediate and distinctive notes of banana liqueur, foam banana milkshakes and banoffe pie. Followed up by lychee cordial and Turkish delight. Also some wee hints of lavender cake icing, violets and shoe polish. Water added warm runny honey, a freshly built log cabin, mirabelle eau de vie and toasted fennel seeds. The mouthfeel was textural and cooling at first with notes of wine gums, poppy seeds, treacle, clove drops and Edinburgh rock. Some cherry lips wrapped in hessian.
