On the palate neat a slice of classic Pumpernickel bread spread with sweet butter and a fruity spicy mango chutney naan bread. Water added a steaming hot spicy black bean soup with buttered sour dough toast on the nose while the taste had an engaging sweet, spicy and herbal mix with a creamed corn finish.
