More savoury notes then emerged with pink peppercorns, tarragon and peppermint joining cigar boxes and a hot saw blade cutting through oak. Thick treacle coated the palate along with sticky red liquorice, strawberry sweets and prunes while menthol and burnt orange skin blended with spicy navy rum. Water lifted out woody oils as dark chocolate wrapped around coffee beans and wood char.
