The initial taste was \u003cstrong\u003ehot, almost harsh\u003c\/strong\u003e, with a sharp, sour and slightly acidic tart note. There was an underlying floral sweetness but we all agreed that \u003cstrong\u003ewater was needed\u003c\/strong\u003e. The nose now had an icy chill of \u003cstrong\u003eelderflower sorbet\u003c\/strong\u003e, blue raspberry Slush Puppie and \u003cstrong\u003esnowdrops\u003c\/strong\u003e blooming in the snow.
