A wonderful sense of meatiness and fatness of texture. A distillate-driven profile full of olive oil, pollens, butter, guava jam and minerals. Also, a superb fruitiness emerging with dried mango, papaya and fennel seed. With water we got dried wildflowers, brittle waxes, mineral oils and herbal teas with elegant medical aspects. The neat palate was immediately waxy and old-school. Then a natural, distillate-driven sweetness emerged with barley malt extract, porter ales, heather honey, olive oil and sheep wool. With reduction we found more dried exotic fruits, boiled citrus sweets, hay, spiced custard, hessian and banana bread.
