The flavour, while creamy at the start takes us in a savoury direction with bitter dark chocolate and toasted coconut. With a drop of water, the nose was revealed a sweet and savoury tapas assortment of dried cherries and honey baked apples with beef jerky and fine smoked meats. To finish, a taste of something sweet, with mellow umami overtones: salted caramel, prunes, and a zingy spiced chocolate to finish.
