The palate is rather curious – sweet-cure herring and \u003cstrong\u003esalt and chilli prawns\u003c\/strong\u003e, dried seaweed, light nut oil and \u003cstrong\u003eliquorice Imps\u003c\/strong\u003e. The reduced nose conjures a beach bonfire with \u003cstrong\u003ehickory smoke and tarry driftwood\u003c\/strong\u003e; peppered salami, treacle scones and \u003cstrong\u003eburnt jam tarts\u003c\/strong\u003e (blackcurrant).
