The neat palate was \u003cstrong\u003equite an experience \u003c\/strong\u003e– apple pie, vanilla ice-cream, \u003cstrong\u003epuff candy and honey\u003c\/strong\u003e sweetness, with \u003cstrong\u003ementhol cigarette\u003c\/strong\u003e, aniseed and cardamom depth, while fizzy Vimto, soor plooms and white pepper \u003cstrong\u003epopped playfully\u003c\/strong\u003e on the tongue. The reduced nose developed pleasantly – \u003cstrong\u003eBattenberg, Bounty Bars\u003c\/strong\u003e and champagne sorbet. The palate continued to \u003cstrong\u003etingle and enervate\u003c\/strong\u003e – Lucozade, lemongrass and \u003cstrong\u003elollipop sticks\u003c\/strong\u003e.
