On the tongue a \u003cstrong\u003ebitter sweet\u003c\/strong\u003e sensation as vanilla pod and \u003cstrong\u003ecinnamon spice\u003c\/strong\u003e combined with ginger and rye.  The addition of water introduced savoury aromas such as; pipe tobacco smoked in a rosewood pipe and balsamic vinegar soaked bread.
