We tasted lemon meringue, vanilla and toffee while in the finish a wheatgrass zinger arrived, using fresh wheatgrass juice, apple slices and lemon, plus a little bit of ginger. Water added the herbal scent of basil and lime before we got cherry pie, chocolate drops and fresh Seville orange curd. On the palate it was smooth and sweet, with the freshness of eucalyptus.
