The palate started with Battenberg, maple and pecan Danish pastries, jelly beans and raspberry jam, before discovering pencil shavings, liquorice, gingerbread and sugar-coated fennel seeds. The reduced nose had us sitting on a wooden bench in a sunlit lemon grove tasting Black Magic chocolate brazils – a delightful combination.
