A robust and spicy palate burnt through fresh ginger before an abundance of sweetness washed toffee apples, chocolate orange and dried apricots soaked in brandy over cinnamon buns and fresh mint. A little water accentuated the fragrance of carnations and bergamot but now with macadamia nuts and the earthy fruit of rhubarb crumble and custard.
