Rich fruits continued onto the palate with baked pineapple and melon before ginger and apple crumble joined rhubarb with lashings of creamy custard. Holding water well, we were now treated to a complex array of fresh wine grapes, cucumber sandwiches and ripe lemons on a board of cedar wood.
