The palate is full of delicious, nectar-sweet, honeyed fruitiness – rhubarb rock, damson jam, watermelon and grilled peach – the finish finds traces of citrus peel, tree bark and white pepper. The reduced nose has perfumed tobacco, fruity rum punch, Turkish Delight and Pimm’s served in a flower shop.
