The scent of sun dried raisins, fresh cinnamon, apricot and orange zest combined with herbal notes of thyme and rosemary. On the palate neat like an East European beetroot ans tomato borscht with fresh beef broth, onions, carrots, celery and garlic. Diluted, we went out to a Walpurgis Night bonfire whilst chewing on salty hard liquorice and treacle toffee.
