There were also lots of flower nectars, pollens, sweet stout ales and oatmeal biscuits. Sweet, rich and apparently mature beyond its years, we decided. With water we found rich aromas of rum fudge, ginger biscuits, tobacco, cocoa powder and mint julep. It was once again rich and complex. The neat palate was full of heather honey, pollens, old-style malty shilling beers, coconut and meadow flowers. A wee tang of butterscotch sauce added further sweetness.
