A lot less sweet on the palate, still dark and sticky but now more like a \u003cstrong\u003eprune and date cake\u003c\/strong\u003e or \u003cstrong\u003espicy oven-roasted\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eplums\u003c\/strong\u003e seasoned with cloves and allspice and toasted almonds sprinkled on top. Water released bitter orange, liquorice, \u003cstrong\u003echocolate covered prunes\u003c\/strong\u003e and a touch of wax.
