The palate gave us some \u003cstrong\u003esweet pleasures\u003c\/strong\u003e (honey, toffee, coffee Matchmakers, \u003cstrong\u003epistachio Turkish Delight\u003c\/strong\u003e) spices (black peppercorn) and sharp fruits (grape, gooseberry, cranberry, marmalade).
