Water unveils herbal hunting schnapps, greenhouse vinery, hawthorne, trodden bracken, boiled sweeties and summertime gorse bushes. The arrival in the mouth is big and densely textured. Salted butter, hessian, waxes, pineapple curd and lychee jam. Pancake batter with lemon juice, nettle tea and sweet, charred wood. With water we get more fragrant waxes, lavender, heather ale, coal hearth and cinnamon spice.
