On the palate neat, intense with flavours of \u003cstrong\u003efruit chutney\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ecandied chestnuts\u003c\/strong\u003e and a boozy blueberry lemon trifle. Adding a drop of water and it turned into \u003cstrong\u003ea gâteau de mille-feuilles\u003c\/strong\u003e or a pistachio baklava with \u003cstrong\u003eorange-cardamom syrup\u003c\/strong\u003e. The taste diluted was that of an \u003cstrong\u003eapple brandy strudel\u003c\/strong\u003e, cinnamon spiced apples, raisins, honey and a liberal dash of brandy.
