On the palate we stayed on that Austrian balcony and had a glass of white wine called Grüner Veltliner - vibrant, zesty with a dry minerality and a hint of pepper. Water released the sweet herbal notes of basil and thyme as well as green grape skins before the sweet perfumed scent of jasmine and rose water appeared.
