The sweetness comes through in the form of jam doughnuts and vanilla cream. Water gives bailed hay, sun cream, citrons, chocolate limes, perfumed hand lotion, macadamia nut, flying saucers and a mossy forest floor. The arrival in the mouth is surprisingly mineralic at first. Lots of gravel and flints. Then grass, pressed flowers, heather ale, quinine, bitter lemon and all spice.
