With water comes honeydew melon, citrus-infused wheat beer, rapeseed oil, plain porridge studded with golden sultanas and rosewater. The palate is hot and well spiced. There's yellow flowers, pear syrups, vanilla creme brûlée, lychee sorbet and coriander seed.
