When we took a sip, we were transported to the Kelvingrove Art Gallery in Glasgow and stood for the first time in front of the painting Christ of St John of the Cross by Salvador Dali – an eerie feeling! Diluted; back to reality with soy sauce, miso broth, dark chocolate with smoky chipotle chilli, fig jam, wild strawberries and treacle scones – dark, earthy and full of sweet sultanas.
