Cooling spearmint on the palate neat at first before red berry fruit salad, lychees and cinnamon buns appeared. With a drop of water it turned into a stunning orange jelly with cardamom and mint-infused pineapple, mango and melon whilst on the palate now silky smooth and deliciously chewy nutmeg cookies with chocolate and hazelnuts.
