A chewy delight with that umami flavour best described as pleasantly sweet and savoury, or simply sublime! Following reduction, we prepared a game terrine with spiced apricot and orange chutney as well as a slowly simmered lamb tagine while on the palate it was more like a creamy chicken afritada with pineapple and as dessert gulab jamun.
