Delicious to taste neat, with the fatty texture of roasted cherries and vanilla mousse mille-feuille and a teasing spicy ginger coconut finish. With water, we noticed on the nose brandy butter, spun sugar and millionaires’ shortbread as well as hazelnut yoghurt and bergamot oil.
