On the nose we got dried pineapple, raspberry sauce and marmalade, candle wax, pink peppercorns, spiced Chai and incense. The bittersweet palate had elderflower and chocolate, grapefruit, pomegranate and strawberry – the finish evoked Oddfellows sweets – clove, ginger and especially cinnamon.
