The taste had white chocolate jazzies, elderflower cordial, aged Meursault and once again that almost unbelievable fruitiness – apricot yoghurt, strawberry, kiwi and physalis. The reduced nose on this ‘commanding dram’ introduced camphor, cinnamon, lavender honey and charred oak to the magnificent mountain of fruit.
