Ripe fruits combined apples and dessert pears with mangos and hints of gooseberries. Papaya followed on the palate alongside a raw chilli heat that faded into ripe banana, liquorice and fine oak sawdust. Water accentuated a myriad of fruit flavours, introducing apricots and cantaloupe with Gewurztraminer wine. Elements of marzipan joined vanilla sponge cake to provide a bed for Victoria plums and fizzy ginger.
