Water brought out some of the sweetness (honey, Dolly Mixtures) though it lost nothing of its floral, herbal and fruity perfumes. The palate, at natural strength, was hot and sweet with some synthetic fruity flavours (pear, banana, orange, pineapple) – other comments included carrot cake, gugelhupf (yeasted marble cake) and ‘munching on hyacinths’.
