On the palate dates, figs, prunes and raisins as well as dark ginger chocolate and a bowl of granola served with orange infused honey. After a drop of water, we prepared an orange and ginger Crème Brûlée with Cointreau-flambeed orange slices, while to taste cardamom spiced panna cotta with mango coulis and a mug of lime tree tea with a spoonful of manuka honey appeared.
