On the palate neat a sweet Thai lemongrass and pandan iced tea with cracked black pepper oatcakes and dark chocolate coated ginger biscuits. Water added a granola yoghurt parfait with fresh kiwi and pomegranate as well as refreshing, rich, fruity hop notes with a hint of honeysuckle.
