On the palate a huge smack of chilli heat met an equally massive amount of sweetness as cloves, ginger and cinnamon rolled into exotic fruit, lime marmalade and strawberry jam. Adding water delved into childhood memories of sticky sweets in paper bags and balsa wood model kits with marzipan on cakes and the perfumed spice of frankincense.
