The nose was full. The palate didn't disappoint, serving mesquite-smoked brisket, sugar snap peas and brine, with a big wintergreen and thyme burst at the end. Water introduced birch sap, smouldering logs and a herbaceous smoke on the nose. Light color almost clear, smelling it gets the nice medicinal iodine peat and some fruitiness.  It tastes juicy with a lot of fruit and sweetness as it coats my mouth. Then the smoke hits into a long-lasting finish. A hint of floral as well.
