A palate of peppered mackerel and burnt nuts morphed into medicinal notes of blackberry cough sweets and antiseptic wash before shortbread joined salted caramel and coffee cream chocolates. With water came singed heather and herbal aromas with creosote and seaweed over meaty tones.
