We had a break and enjoyed hazelnut cream on rye bread and fruity cinnamon oatcakes with chai tea, lemon barley water and ginger beer. With the addition of water, a sweeter aroma was released like marzipan, Peach Melba, Turkish delight, honeycomb, treacle and a vanilla sponge cake.
