Touches of calpol, a little farminess, some dry earth, a coal scuttle, stables and baled hay. Lemon rind, tea tree oil, cinnamon bark and a few rings of BBQ pineapple. Water gives notes of mown grass, crushed leaves, chamomile, dandelions and parsley butter. The unreduced palate is spicy and prickly at first. A warm pink peppercorn crush with notes of rocket salad, truffle oil, herbs de provence and flat bread.
