The taste neat was full bodied with a chewy texture like \u003cstrong\u003eroast beef with Yorkshire pudding\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003ecaramelised shallots\u003c\/strong\u003e. A drop of water and the delicious scent of \u003cstrong\u003ebeef stew\u003c\/strong\u003e in red wine sauce filled the room and to taste now \u003cstrong\u003ethe creaminess of a mushroom and truffle oil risotto\u003c\/strong\u003e.
